The Provider retains the personal data of Customers for the period necessary to fulfill the purposes for which the data was collected or as required by applicable laws.

The Provider implements appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect the personal data of Customers from unauthorized access, misuse, loss, or destruction. These measures include:
